Return & Refund Policy

At BellePanthere, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to hygiene standards, lingerie, bikini and swimwear categories cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted if:

• The item is lingerie, bikini or swimwear (hygiene reason)
• Tags and hygiene liners are removed
• The product is used, washed, damaged
• The package/label is opened for cosmetics/accessories
• Purchased during special campaigns (e.g. Black Friday)

For other categories:

• You must request a return within 14 days of delivery.
• Product must be in original packaging.
• Shipping costs belong to the customer (except faulty items).

Return Process

1. Contact us with your order number:

2. We send you the return shipping details.
3. After inspection, we process your refund.

Refund Details

• Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping, customs and duties are non-refundable.
• If the return breaks a discount threshold, the discount amount will be deducted.
